Chance's View - Boston

We made a trip to Boston to go to member's event at the New England Aquarium. Our first stop was Faneuil Hall for some dinner. Chance stopped in the middle of the hall to snap this picture of a plaque that was set in the floor. I wonder how many people who have stepped on or over this plaque without noticing it.
