Alix's 9th Birthday

How can it be that Alix is nine. She has blossomed this year. Her imagination is enormous as well as her love of books. She fiercely loves her family and nature. She is collector of many many things. Her ideas and plans are endless. She is creative and artistic. She is delightful to know and is easy to love.

We spent Alix's birthday in Keene with my mom. Later in the day my grandfather, Misty and Abby and Bo and John joined us. Alix was tickled to be be with her family (minus Paul who was in California) on her birthday.

My mom took her for a manicure. After Chance and I joined them for lunch. Then back to my mom's to meet everyone else for cake and gifts.
