On a bit of a whim today Alix, Chance and I went to the matinee of Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler. My sister, after Cmas, gave me two passes to see this movie. (Thanks, Mit) I kept waiting for the "right time" to go but that time just hasn't come up. With the passes near the 1-31-09 expiration date I decided why wait for Fun Friday lets go today.
After a quick stop at our neighborhood CVS to stock up on a candy bar of choice for each of us. (Alix - Twizzlers, Chance - 3 Musketeer's, Me - Snickers with Almonds) we were off to the theater.
The movie was a thumbs up with A&C. Chance didn't snort-laugh as often as he has in other movies but he said he liked it. Alix is eager for it to come out in DVD. She thinks Paul would like it. So that's how a regular ol' Tuesday morphed into a Fun Friday.
And tomorrow's Winter Storm Warning of 10 - 14 inches of snow should prove to be another Fun day. I'm thinking about a day of snowflake studies.
