Alix's saxophone always seems to be waiting to be played. I hate thinking about the $50/month rental fee I'm paying to have it sit on a chair or in its case. I am sure it wants to be played more than once a week at lessons.
so painful. my parents tried and tried to get me to practice my guitar back in the day, and i just squandered their money without knowing or understanding. now, avery wants to learn the flute, and i'm just wondering how that will go . . .
Unfortunately, i did the same thing with piano lessons. Now I wish i had spent more time practicing but it seems to be something a child chooses to do on their own. I guess i'll find out when the boys get a little older.
