The Fells

We met Mom and John in Newbury for a visit The Fells, an historic estate and garden on Lake Sunapee. We walked the 1.5 mile John Hay Forest Ecology Trail which passes through the Hay Refuge, crosses Beech Brook and follows the Lake Sunapee shoreline, finishing up at the Main House. The trail offers twenty-seven numbered points of interest.
