New Habit

We found ourselves late Sunday afternoon after a trip to the library but before the dinner processes started with some time on our hands. We all gravitated to the living room with our latest reads. It was quiet and peaceful with only an occasional voice asking for the definition of a word.

Monday night after showers we did the same thing. Tuesday night A & C enthusiastically asked Paul if they could still do it even though I was not going to be home (I was off to my monthly "book club" meeting.) and they did. Tonight we all cozied up again in front of the fire. Paul is reading Dr. Ronald Mallett's book Time Traveler: A Scientist's Personal Mission to Make Time Travel a Reality; Chance is reading Rascal by Sterling North; Alix put aside Magyc to read a Judy Moody book; and I finished Hope Edelman's The Possibility of Everything.

I am enjoying this new habit. I hope it sticks.
