- Trip to the library to pick up the cookbook Plenty: Vibrant Vegetable Recipes from London's Ottolenghi as recommended by the Great Read. I also picked up Terry Tempest Williams' book Finding Beauty in a Broken World
- Spaghetti for dinner and an episode of Glee
