3.January
We woke up to below zero temperatures. The laundry detergent poured like molasses.
I am loving the new old way of making coffee. Better than with the french press.
I had the back of my hair trimmed to try to keep it even with the short layers on the sides. The growing out process sucks.
Chance had his annual physical. He is 2 1/2 inches taller and is nine pounds heavier than last year. He still falls in the 25 percentile.
Paul cooked this Cooking Light recipe for dinner. He substituted flank steak for the boneless sirloin. Yum, I'm glad there are leftovers for lunch.
Year to date count: loads of laundry-3

I just love the look of the homes around you. Do you live in a small town? I have not been in that cold of temperatures since I lived in Michigan - it is 41 here this morning :)
ReplyDeleteand tell me - how do you clean out your french press? I don't use mine because I find cleaning it afterwards to be a pain. My mom used to only use a percolator for coffee. I have one like yours in the camping stuff.
hope you stay warm today
We live in the capital which has a pop. of about 44,000.
DeleteWhen we were using our french press I hand washed it. After breaking two of the glass ones we switched to a stainless steel one. Our percolator come from our camping gear. You should dig yours out and give it a try.
