17.April
- Blogging outside with the gold finches chattering away.
- Paul's photo made it in the Concord Insider.
- Paul left on the 5:30 am flight to San Francisco.
- Sheets and towels on the line.
- Keeping an eye on the painters at the neighbor's house. He knows they are strangers to the neighborhood.
- I couldn't convince him to lay on the blanket instead of the dirt.
- Our weekly free newspaper, The Concord Insider has been running past police log reports. I chuckled at this one dated March 24, 1927: Had a complaint from Mrs. Hardy about her husband going out with another woman. Had all parties concerned here in the station and fixed everything, all O.K.
I like this style of blogging. I am not convinced I "am back" to blogging. Flickr seems just easier. We'll see. I am so proud of you for volunteering for NPR pledge drive. That is awesome. I am back to listening to books on CD for my commute so less NPR for now.
ReplyDeleteHave a good weekend!
I've been thinking about only using Flickr. It is double work posting on Flickr then making a blog post. It would certainly save time.
DeleteThe volunteering at NHPR was fun. I need to put at the top of my to-do list calling them to see if I can volunteer in some other capacity. The station is in our neighborhood so it would certainly be convenient.
